The Bimini NanoJet Pro can be used by up to 11 athletes at a time. It is a commercial oxygen nanobubble system for training facilities, spas, and wellness centers. It converts an existing whirlpool or underwater treadmill into an oxygen-saturated soak, dissolving 300 million oxygen nanobubbles per milliliter at 95%+ purity.
Bimini NanoJet Recovery Tub Engineered for performance. Designed for recovery. The NanoJet Integrated Recovery Tub delivers advanced oxygen nanobubble therapy in a complete, turnkey package: integrated heating, filtration, ozone sanitation, and circulation in one commercial-grade immersion tub. It arrives ready for installation and use, indoors or outdoors, for wellness facilities seeking a premium oxygen immersion experience.
The Bimini NanoJet Eco is an at-home oxygen therapy system that converts most standard bathtubs into an oxygen-saturated soak. During a 30- to 60-minute session, the unit dissolves 300 million oxygen nanobubbles per milliliter into the water—each roughly 0.01 microns, about 2,500 times smaller than a human skin pore. No plumbing or installation is required.
How Nanobubbles help athletes and everyone heal faster from injuries, surgery or everyday aches and pains.
Traditional oxygen delivery methods have limitations. Breathing oxygen has limited ability to increase oxygen in extremities. Hyperbaric chambers require pressurized environments. IV oxygen is invasive.
Bimini Hydrotherapy systems generate up to 200 million to 300 million oxygen nanobubbles per milliliter of water, totaling billions of ultra-fine bubbles throughout the bath.
Nanobubbles solve these problems. Averaging just 0.01 microns in diameter (ranging from 0.005-0.02 microns), our oxygen nanobubbles are up to 5,000 times smaller than human pores—small enough to pass through skin via transdermal delivery.
Study Overview
What the Research Shows
• Oxygen delivered through skin via ultra-fine nanobubbles (0.005-0.02 microns)
• Significant increases in tissue oxygenation measured
• Athletes showed improvement 1-24 hours after treatment
• Most dramatic results in first few hours post-session
• Safe for daily use with no adverse effects
• Peer-reviewed and published research
• Activate Oxygen Infusion
Turn on the NanoJet. The device circulates water through our patented system, infusing it with billions of ultra-fine oxygen nanobubbles. Within minutes, your water is saturated with 28 ppm of 95%+ pure oxygen. Hydrogen can be added to some systems.
Soak and Recover
Settle into the water at your preferred temperature (78-100°F) and relax for 30-45 minutes. As you soak, oxygen nanobubbles pass through your skin pores and enter your soft tissue and bloodstream.
What Happens at the Cellular Level
Once nanobubble-delivered oxygen reaches tissue, it enters the same pathway as oxygen that arrived via the lungs and bloodstream — it ends up at the mitochondrial electron transport chain, where it bonds with electrons to produce ATP (cellular energy).
Three immediate consequences:
More ATP availability — cells under recovery load (post-exercise, post-injury, post-illness) get the substrate they need to repair faster.
Reduced oxidative stress — counterintuitively, well-oxygenated mitochondria leak fewer reactive oxygen species (ROS) than oxygen-starved ones. Less inflammation, less cellular damage.
Why Transdermal Delivery Matters
The obvious question: why not just breathe more oxygen?
The answer is the rate-limiting step. Healthy lungs already saturate hemoglobin to ~99% in seconds. Once hemoglobin is full, breathing more oxygen doesn't deliver more to tissue — it just dissolves a tiny bit more into plasma, which is why hyperbaric chamber protocols require pressurization to overcome that ceiling.
Transdermal nanobubble delivery sidesteps the bottleneck entirely. Oxygen enters tissue directly by diffusion through skin, completely independent of hemoglobin saturation, capillary density, or lung function. This is why it's particularly powerful for:
Older adults whose capillary density has declined 20–30% from young-adult baseline
Diabetic patients with microvascular dysfunction
Athletes in regional muscle hypoxia post-training
People with iron-deficiency-limited oxygen-carrying capacity
Post-COVID and chronic-fatigue patients with documented mitochondrial dysfunction
The Rice University Validation
The most-cited clinical result for oxygen nanobubble therapy comes from Rice University's Department of Bioengineering, which ran an athlete-recovery study comparing nanobubble immersion against conventional recovery methods. Key findings:
46% faster recovery across measured biomarkers (creatine kinase clearance, perceived soreness, performance-readiness scores) for the nanobubble cohort.
Significant reductions in self-reported DOMS at 24 and 48
hours post-exercise.
Faster restoration of muscle oxygen saturation to baseline
post-effort.
This study is the citation backbone for the entire category — and a big part of why over 30 NFL athletes, Olympic champions, and NCAA programs added nanobubble systems to their daily recovery toolkit.
